Implementing functional movements, as I increase a client's power and speed are at the top of the list. Everyone should seek to live life without physical inhibitions, pain and stress.

I will request a 7 day diary from all new clients, noting the times of ALL food and drink consumptions. I also need clients to keep track of times they sleep and awake (Download diary log sheet).
A full body assessment will take place that will exploit your weaknesses/strengths utilizing state of the art KEISER's units.
The session will end after your data sheet and nutritional suggestions are shared.
Consultation will last about 75 minutes and comfortable clothing should be worn. Consultations and trainings are held at John Hall Studios.
We are not a commercial gym, but an elite private training facility where only clients supervised by certified personal trainers are allowed.
We request that all visitors not use cell phones in studio and are prepared to leave outside shoes at front door area.
Only shoes that have never been worn outside, and are in new condition, can be used to train in the studio. New shoes are not mandatory for initial consultation.
Pricing for individual packages are available. Only cash or online payments thru PayPal are acceptable for initial consult. Hourly sessions can be shared with a friend or someone of similar fitness level:
